Website analytics and attribution
Orla uses limited first-party analytics on orlaclean.ca to understand which pages and traffic sources lead visitors to request an estimate, call, email, or open a resource. The public website sends pseudonymous event records to Orla’s protected application for private business reporting.
These public analytics events may include an anonymous visitor ID, an anonymous session ID, page path, page type, referring domain, UTM campaign values, timestamp, device category, viewport size, and the type and location of a conversion click. They do not include a visitor’s name, phone number, email address, service address, estimate answers, payment details, or booking-form contents.
The anonymous visitor and session identifiers may be stored in first-party browser storage and passed to app.orlaclean.ca when a visitor opens the estimate process. This allows Orla to understand whether a public visit led to an estimate or booking without placing an owner login or analytics dashboard on the public website. Browser privacy controls may limit this measurement.
Service providers and disclosures
Orla uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, authentication, file storage, Google address verification, and secure payment handling through Stripe. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed to perform its function and operates under its own terms and privacy obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Payment information
Stripe handles card details through secure payment fields. Orla stores Stripe references and payment status rather than raw card numbers, expiry dates, or card security codes.
For an eligible instant reservation, the booking page shows $0 due today. The approved service amount is charged after the cleaning is completed. A change to the approved amount is communicated before an additional amount is charged.
Retention and protection
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.
Orla uses reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls and limits internal access according to business need. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so unnecessary sensitive information should not be submitted.
Customer choices and requests
Customers may ask to review or correct their contact and property information, update communication preferences, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for financial, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Questions or requests can be sent to hello@orlaclean.ca or discussed by calling (289) 816-6752.
